Tasting notes: A full-bodied beer with delicate caramel notes. It is balanced more towards the malts than the hops.
Aroma: The malt dominates over the Celeia hops without masking it. Moderate caramel note.
Appearance: Amber in color. White foam with good retention.
Flavor: Sweet malt notes on the palate followed by a moderate caramel flavor. Hop bitterness balances the malt notes without taking center stage.
Pairings: Great variety of food, chicken, seafood, hamburger, spicy cuisine.
